At Sand + Fog, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home fragrance and decor purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original Sand + Fog box, ensuring candles and glass items are securely cushioned to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
